Maria Aparecida Toledo
Bachelor's degree in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica São Paulo (1989), Post-graduate at Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (2000), with specialization in Political Marketing at Escola Sociologia e Política (2003), Creative Solving Problem – University at Buffalo (USA) (2005). Former economist position – State Department of Economics and Risk Management – Banco do Estado de São Paulo. Current, Planning Director at Instituto de Pesquisas de Mercado e Opinião Pública Toledo&Associados.
Over the past year, she has specialized in research on food. Responsible for the "Brazilian Eating Habits" study, which is the largest mapping on eating habits in Brazil, being carried out every 5 years. The third stage of this study is about to be started A decade of studies on eating habits in Brazil.
At FIESP E ITAL, she participated in the Grupo Brazil Trends 2020, a group of researchers involved in writing the first document on Contemporary Trends up to 2020 regarding the eating habits of Brazilians. At Vanderbilt University, she conducted a study on Democracy in the Americas, coordinating the largest Project on Transportation in Latin America, users and urban mobility, for the São Paulo State Government.
At the moment, she is coordinating a study on housing behavior in Brazil and expectations for 2016.
